It’s been a while since we highlighted one of our bikes on the site, and boy this one is a doozy!
Watching the steady stream of 2014 Kona’s rolling into the shop, Jason Beasley jumped on the chance to build up a new whip. The new Rove frameset is very similar to last year’s model and was begging for a custom build, much like our old friend Peter did with the 2013 version. As usual, Jason took his time and built this frame up proper. It is intended to be his dedicated long distance/short distance/gravel/commuter/shred machine. It’s a solid beast of a bike and the devil is certainly in the details.

better slap some fenders on that guy, those wide tires will leave and impressive stripe on your back; also, a black brooks saddle would look really good with that frame…
Hey…very cool bike. Could you please tell me the rider’s height? I’m between size 53 and 56 by 178cm with 83cm inseam.
Thanks a lot 🙂
He’s 5’10” (maybe a bit taller when he’s wearing clogs)… 🙂
